The second stage was finished at Jingde town on Nov 24th.Ranking rider Tuuikhangai from ?xml:namespace>Mongolia national team Ranking sponsored won the stage champion. RTS team Kamau Leaf won second, and Another Ranking sponsored team-Jinlun from Wixi city, its rider Simon won third.
